A Meeting of Minds: Techub’s Community Event Empowers HR Professionals in Tech
On 18th of November 2023, the Techub Coworking alongside the HR Knowledge Cafe played host to their second Tech HR Community Growth Event, a conference that brought together seasoned professionals and skilled practitioners in the field of optimizing technology usage for organizational and human resource management efficiency purposes.
The conference also featured exhibits from different HR tech companies and startups, showcasing their latest innovations and products. Panelists included Umer Abbas, CEO & Co-Founder of Narsun Studio; Haroon Akhtar, director of BrainX Technologies and Co-founder of HR Knowledge Cafe; Irfan Elahi, Co-founder and executive director at TxL; Arooj Saeed, Operation Lead of Coding Pixel and Talal Anwar, CEO & Co-Founder of Septem Systems. Attendees had the opportunity to interact with the exhibitors and learn more about their offerings.
The conference was a grand success, with attendees from all different fields. The panel discussions were thought-provoking and insightful, with experts sharing their experiences and knowledge on how technology can be leveraged to optimize HR practices. Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan, a well known charity, also participated in the event and undertook a fund-raising activity for the Palestinians. Alkhidmat Foundation showed their services, programs and humanitarian approach to serve mankind through love and honour, urging attendees and the public to give generously towards the cause.
The Tech HR Community Growth Event Edition II took place after the successful first edition which was held on August 26. The first edition of the event attracted a large number of participants, with over 100 individuals from various walks of life in attendance. The speakers at the first edition of the event were mainly drawn from reputable companies such as GDG Cloud Lahore, BrainX, and HR Knowledge Cafe. These experts shared their knowledge and insights on a wide range of topics related to HR, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and more. They provided valuable tips and advice that attendees could apply in their workplaces to improve their HR practices and drive business success.
